Curb appeal is something that every single real estate agent strives for whenever they are looking to sell a home.  After all, you want to make sure that you can draw in a crowd to the home that you are selling right?  Well, I can tell you for sure that when I was looking for my place, I went by the home that looked the best.

One great way to get great curb appeal is by switching up your outdoor lighting.  Outdoor lighting is something that is usually forgotten, but now it is actually something that many prospects actually look at.  Gold is out and if you are looking to make a splash on the outside, switch out those gold tints for silver or black.

Vintage is also in, which is something that many people do not really think about.  You want to find a design that matches your home – remember that.
