When you are trying to close on a home, it is something that can be extremely – extremely expensive.  There are so many things to consider and of course the expense is great, but did you know that there are a ton of different ways that you can actually cut corners and cut costs whenever you are closing in on a home?

One great way is by negotiating with the home sellers.  This is actually a fantastic way to not only assert yourself but really make sure that the sellers understand you are serious.  You can ask the home sellers to actually credit the money that you pay on your closing costs off of the mortgage.

Now, remember, this is actually asking the home sellers to accept less for their home, so they might say no.
